Hello All,

We have just joined the forum as a Sponsor and look forward to meeting many of you and to earning your business. We recently began working on McLaren at the request of our good friend Johnny Bohmer, the owner of the Guinness World Record Holding Ford GT (Fastest Road-Legal Standing Mile @ 283MPH - BADD GT — BADD GT)

Johnny had a customer with a 675LT who had purchased Fabspeed Sport Cats and was looking to go faster (aren't we all?) and knew how thorough and complete we are with our tuning products. Our team flew to Florida and spent 2 days dyno and street testing software, achieving final gains of 62WHP and 68WTQ, with 120WTQ at 4000RPM. http://www.velocityap.com/McLaren-67...aren675ecu.htm

The result of this project has been a ton of interest in Florida from McLaren owners. Johnny sent us the original patterns from a client's 570S, along with the ECU, and our development process began.

Final fitment and dyno testing will be underway next week, and parts will go into production. Initial offering will be:

Ceramic Coated X-Pipe Exhaust
Cat-Delete Pipes
ECU Tuning

We will also be developing the Catalyst sections with high flow, FIA Homologated Ultra High Temperature cat bricks.

In addition to this specific info, we would take a little time to introduce ourselves better, and to provide some information about our Exhaust Manufacturing, as well as ECU Tuning program and capabilities. I founded the company in 2007 in the UK, but we are now based in British Columbia, Canada and we manufacture sport exhausts, catalysts, and headers here. In addition to our own brand, we also private-label some products, and recently became an original equipment supplier to Aston Martin Racing. Our V8 Vantage Headers, a special catalyst we make for the European race cars and some other exhaust components were recently homologated and are now fitted to all new GT4 Race Car builds. We do some limited work on customer cars[SUP] here, primarily for product development and testing. At present we have a 2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage in the shop and are 2/3 of the way through designing a Twin Turbo conversion kit for the 4.3L and 4.7L Normally Aspirated Engines. We undertake all aspects of the builds, from header & exhaust fabrication right through to completing the tuning process in-house.

Our ECU Tuning capability started with Aston Martin cars back in 2008, where we quickly found that the commercially available map drivers for these vehicles were very under-developed and didn’t offer sufficient depth for us to write advanced tuning products. As a result, we began doing the work ourselves to identify the tables & functions we needed, not just to write better tunes, but also to allow us to completely integrate physical products like headers, where we were re-locating O2 sensors by several feet. Latterly, we have also developed enough expertise and capability to allow us to fully map the V8 Vantage ECU to run a 7PSI turbo package, entirely through the OEM computer, with no piggy-back or standalone.

Over the last few years, we have branched out with our tuning services to cover a number of other applications, Audi, Porsche, Jaguar, Mercedes and Range Rover to name a few.

The head of our Tuning service, oversees all aspects of our software development and file writing. He is an ASE Red Seal Level 1 certified Technician, with 12 years of experience. In addition this extremely high level of general qualification, he also received factory training and certification from Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover and Bentley.

We are excited to be a part of this forum and look forward to earning your business, and building some lasting friendships as we have on many of the other boards we sponsor.
